Organising scientific & institutional events

Our mission

Supporting you at every stage of your project, according to your needs and resources, to ensure the success of your event. Depending on its format (scientific days, congresses, workshops, summer schools, working seminars, anniversaries, graduation ceremonies…) and its scale (local, national, international), we work with you to identify the key logistical and scientific milestones of your event. From feasibility study through to welcoming participants, we determine together which tasks you’d like to entrust to us.

Scientific & institutional events

We support the organisation of scientific and institutional events in any format: scientific congresses, seminars, symposia, technical days, summer schools, panel discussions, project presentations, anniversaries, corporate away days, graduation ceremonies, congress bid applications, etc. We manage projects of national and international scale, in both French and English.

Our team and our service offering adapt to the size of your event, from a few dozen participants to several hundred, as well as to your desired level of support. We can provide “full concept” management, or focus solely on the areas you wish to delegate to us. The scope of our involvement is entirely tailored to your project.

Graphic design

An integral part of event organisation, our teams produce a wide range of communication tools and materials. We can support you on these tasks as part of an event (or independently!). Whatever the context; rebranding or creating a visual identity, producing materials, customising branded merchandise, launching a brand or project, etc.; we can advise and support you at every stage.

Scientific events

Held over a minimum of two days, scientific congresses are built around plenary conferences, parallel sessions, scientific and industrial exhibitions… A social programme can complement the scientific programme: welcome cocktail, gala dinner, guided tours…

One-day events for national or international participants. The goal is to take stock of one or more topics and bring people together in groups to exchange and discuss.

Aimed at international students and PhD candidates, these events typically run for around a week, during which courses and tutorials are delivered by scientific experts.

A fully digital, dematerialised offering for greater accessibility, either standalone or as a complement to an in-person event.

Institutional events

Key moments dedicated to celebrating the achievements and journeys of students or institutional members. These ceremonies combine official speeches, symbolic diploma presentations, and convivial moments with participants and their families.

Milestone moments in an institution’s life: building inaugurations, project launches, anniversaries or institutional celebrations. They bring together partners, institutional representatives and the public around formal proceedings and networking moments.

Events dedicated to highlighting an institution’s activities, projects and initiatives. These may take the form of open days, partner meetings, or presentations of ongoing work.

Hosting official visits and national or international delegations. These typically combine presentations, site visits, and exchanges with the institution’s teams and partners.
