ARTICLE 1: PREAMBLE

1. UL Propuls Contact Form

When using the contact form available on www.ul-propuls.fr, UL PROPULS may collect the following personal data: surname, first name, affiliation, email address, subject of the request and message.

This data is collected solely for the purpose of responding to the user’s request and managing subsequent correspondence.

The legal basis for this processing is the user’s consent, expressed by ticking the relevant checkbox on the form.

Personal data relating to prospective customers is retained for a maximum period of three years from the date of the last contact. Personal data relating to customers is retained for a maximum period of five years from the end of the contractual relationship.

The data collected is intended exclusively for UL PROPULS and authorised internal departments. It may be transmitted to technical service providers, such as hosting or email service providers, solely where necessary for the management of the contact form.

2. Sales Platforms

When an order is placed through the platforms www.ul-propuls.events and www.ototwin.com, UL PROPULS collects personal data such as surname, first name, job title, company and email address in order to manage orders, maintain customer relations and comply with applicable legal obligations.

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the contract.

Personal data relating to prospective customers is retained for a maximum period of three years from the date of the last contact, while personal data relating to customers is retained for a maximum period of five years from the end of the contractual relationship.

Accounting records are retained for a period of ten years in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

The data is intended exclusively for UL PROPULS and its authorised technical service providers.
